Appearance: [link] She is very thin, almost bony with pale skin. Her hair is blue, naturally. And her eyes as blue as well.

History: All she has ever known is the streets. She grew up on them after her mother found out about her mutant ability. She threw her away when she was very young and at first it was very hard for her to survive. She hated using her power because of all the grief it had caused her. The knowledge of what she could do drove her almost to insanity. But instead she created an alter-ego. Rise. Her mutant ability made it to were there was a physical difference when she let Rise take over. Her alter-ego made life on the street much easier, and she learned to survive. Later when she was in her teens, she meet other mutant outcasts. Siren, Blood and Dominic. They soon took Rain in, caring for her like a little sister (she was the youngest) One day while searching for food late at night someone called the cops. Many police officers came. Dominic stayed behind while the others ran and got away, he was killed in the cross fire. The death of her friend hurt Rain very deeply. She cried for days with out stopping. But Siren and Blood comforted her until she was able to face the world again. Rain doesn't hate the humans, she pities them.

Personality: She is usually the listener not the speaker, and is always ready to help someone that needs it. But when she does speak she always thinks very carefully first so she doesn't hurt anyone. She is considerate of others before herself and thinks that her powers are a gift to be used for others, not herself.

Weakness: Not being able to help others, pain.

Weapons: None

Mutant Power: She has very powerful healing powers. She is almost never wounded and if she is then it will not last long. She can heal others by touching them but it takes longer and more energy. (she pushed the rest of her power inti Rise because she couldn't deal with them)

Appearance: [link] Except with a white streak in the front of her hair. She likes to dress in goth clothing but usually as revealing as in this picture...

History: She was created by Rain to deal with situations she can't. She only knows to do that, and in her own way she loves Rain like a little sister as well and is willing to do what ever it takes to protect her or make life easier for her. When Dominic died Rain let Rise out at first to deal with what had happened so she could cry in peace....Rise ended up killing the cops that had killed her friend. But when she found that that didn't make Rain better but worse she vowed to never kill out of revenge again.

Personality: She doesn't usually pay attention or care about the world around her, Rain is her world. She daydreams, and spaces out. People are not worth talking to to her, unless they might hurt Rain. She is there to deal with the situation and nothing more....

Weakness: Rain, being hurt, pain.

Weapons: None

Mutant Power: Rise can not heal herself, or others. But she can open every wound they have ever had and keep them open for as long as she can see them. Or she can open a single wound or all wounds on a single part of the body.
